Cancellation Policy
Santa Barbara Courthouse Elopement Package Booking Policy Estimated Delivery of Content: • 3 - 5 Weeks turn around time for elopement pacakges. Cost, Fees, and Payment The total cost of your Santa Barbara Courthouse Elopement Package is due in full on the day of your scheduled elopement date. Payments will be processed on the credit card provided at the time of booking. The payment breakdown is as follows: 1. 33% non-refundable retainer due at the time of signing the Service Agreement. 2. 67% remaining balance billed on day and time of event. The initial retainer is non-refundable and serves to compensate Vendor for reserving your date and declining other potential bookings. Cancellation, Rescheduling, or No-Show Policy If the Client wishes to cancel or reschedule Services, or if it becomes impossible for Vendor to provide Services due to the Client’s fault (e.g., failure of the event to take place or essential parties not being present), the Client must notify Vendor immediately, following the Notice provisions outlined in the Agreement. • Cancellation: No refunds will be issued for payments made, including the retainer and any subsequent payments. • Rescheduling: Rescheduling requests are subject to Vendor’s availability. If Vendor cannot accommodate the new date, the original cancellation terms will apply. • No-Show: Failure to appear or failure of the event to take place does not relieve the Client of payment obligations. If Vendor is able to rebook the date with another client, Vendor may, at their discretion, waive part or all of the remaining balance. Travel Policy • If the elopement is more than 60 miles from the 93001 district, a travel fee of $1.57/mile per team member will apply. • For travel exceeding 150 miles or requiring overnight stays, the Client must provide hotel accommodations at a rate of $200/night per team member. By booking this service, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined, including automatic billing of the final balance on the day elopement date.
