The Details.
Enjoy a 1.5-hour engagement session with our Head Photographer, absolutely complimentary, to capture the essence of your love story before your big day. This session is the perfect ice breaker, helping you feel at ease in front of the camera and setting the tone for your full-day wedding package.
To qualify for this offer, the engagement session must take place in Santa Barbara County or Ventura County. Additionally, you’ll need to complete our contact form in its entirety, and your future wedding must also be planned in Ventura or Santa Barbara County. As a final step, we ask that you make a $5 donation to “Our Backyard,” the Channel Islands National Park Foundation, via our Instagram.

HOW DOES AN ENGAGEMENT SESSION WITH YOU USUALLY LOOK?
Your photographer will meet you at a pre-selected location to begin your engagement session. We’ll start by capturing candid moments that reflect your connection, setting the tone for the rest of the session. Then, we’ll move on to a series of beautifully posed shots in a variety of scenic spots, carefully chosen based on the time of day and weather conditions. After capturing a mix of intimate and classic engagement photos, we’ll guide you through different settings to ensure a diverse collection of images. We recommend allowing 1.5 hours for the entire experience to fully capture your unique love story.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD WE BOOK OUR PHOTOGRAPHER?
To secure your photographer, we suggest booking as soon as you've settled on a date. Our busiest time spans from April to November. To ensure each couple receives our undivided attention and top-notch service, we limit the number of bookings per month.
HOW MANY PHOTOS WILL WE GET?
Although we can't guarantee an exact number of photos, our goal is to provide as many distinctive images as possible, capturing every detail of your engagement session.
HOW WILL YOU DELIVER OUR PHOTOS?
You'll receive your photos via an online album on our website. You can easily share the album link with family and friends, allowing them to download the photos directly. Remember to save the photos to your computer or hard drive, as the album will only be available for 30 days.
WE ARE NOT USED TO BEING IN FRONT OF A CAMERA, HOW CAN WE GET PHOTOS LIKE THE ONES ON YOUR WEBSITE?
Many couples feel a bit uneasy in front of the camera. Rest assured, your photographer will work with you to ensure you feel at ease throughout the day. They'll provide guidance to help you achieve the photos you've always dreamed of.
WILL WE RECEIVE ANY PHOTO BOOKS OR PRINTS?
Photo books and prints are available as optional extras and can be purchased either through your online album once the photos are delivered or by reaching out to us at The Bomani's directly.
